The happenings in my life

Hello me ( still no followers ) .
So about 2 weeks ago I started a life changing journey. I started Medifast. So far I have lost 12 lbs. Its so crazy to think that chaning how you look at food and what you eat can make you feel so much better. I was not the worst eater but I liked to eat more then I should. With this so far is had shown me that I should really watch the portions that I am eating. After only 2 and half weeks I am feeling SO amazing. I feel like I am full of caffeen ! Its so nice to not feel sleepy and icky anymore. I sitll have a long road a head but it will be so worth it in the end. I set my goal weight at 138. Man that's alot. I started out at 198 ( I am at 186 right now). I can do it though, I want to be healthy and feel good about how I look. Plus I want to be healthy for Leo.

Little more about me. I am 28 mom, I work for an OBGYN clinic here in Oregon. I work for the records department. I am the person that makes sure that all your records are in the right place in your electronic chart. I am also the person you would call to get copies or your records sent to you or another clinic. I have been with this company for almost 9yrs now ! Since I was 19. I love this place I work for Women's Healthcare Ass. . If you live in Oregon and need a OB Dr. or just a great lady doctor you should come check us out. Our clinitions are the best !
When I am not working you can find me at home with my son Leo ( will be a year old next saturday !) and my boyfriend Tom. We live in a cute little house in Aloha, with our friend and roomie Matt. Uncle Matt that is. I love to have friends over for dinner or just to hang out. I am also a craft crazy girl ! I found this site called Swap-bot.com !! I think everyone that is seriouse about crafting and swapping goodies you should check them out !!  Alright well I am at work right now so I will end this with a picture of the little man in my life !

My Boaring Blog !

Man I wish I knew how everyone makes there blog so amazing ???? I just can't think of how to get mine like some of the awsome lady's I follow. One day when I have time to sit  and study them I will get it down.

So a little update !
Leo now has 2 TEETH !! Oh boy. We are very lucky because he seems to not be fussy because of them ! YEAY !!
With the holidays next week I have been a crafting Bee !! I will try and post some of what I am making ! I am making scabble tile pendents. I am drawing ( Zentangling Them) I also found a way to reuse all the baby food jars !! I am putting the pendents in them !!! YEAY upcycling !
Well back to work ! Hope all is well with my ghost followers :) One day someone will follow me !

My very first BLOG entry !

Hello to all my future blog followers !!
A little about me. My name is Melody I am a mom to an awesome little boy ! His name is Leo. Today is Leo's 9month birthday ! Man how time flys, I feel like it was yesterday that he was born. Right now he is crawling,sitting up, and pulling him self up on anything and EVERYTHING. I Love being a mom, it is the best thing that has ever happen to me. I really love waking up to his smiley little face and his warm embrace. Its also SO amazing to see him learn new things ! I know everyone is like you are in trouble soon, he will be walking. I CANT wait. I want to see him walking around our house !!

When I am not spending time with my little man I LOVE to craft. That is my stress release ! I joined an awesome site called Swap-bot !! I have learned sooo many new crafts on there like: Zentangling, ATC's Inchies, and lots more !! I have also made some great friends off of there. You should check it out. My warning to you about the site is this: Do NOT join if you cannot follow through with swaps !! We are all very serious about it. It sucks when you get flaked on and spend time and money on your crafts and supplies and don't get anything in return. !!

My other craft/site obsessions is youtube !! I have come across some great lady's on there to. I have also learned sooo much from them. I did not know about mini albums or tags until i started following , Bona, Arlene, and Lori !! You lady's are soo great and so inspiring !! Thank you !
